The Event Production Specialists
E-Production Solutions is responsible for all aspects of event production; including client development, creative delivery, vendor selection, show technology, and budget management from initial conception to final execution of the event.
We also help in developing concepts and ideas, overseeing operations, directing staff and coordinating technical and production aspects.

The event industry is a relationship business. There are plenty of so-called “full-service” production companies and rental gear houses who talk about how great they are, but many of them are only looking out for themselves and their bottom lines.
E-Production Solutions is invested in our client’s success and our actions throughout the production process illustrate this. We don’t believe in over promising and under producing. Our goal is to exceed all expectations and provide true value to our clients!
Reggie Evans is an industry veteran with close to 20 years of experience in event production.
Evans is responsible for all aspects of event production, which includes client development, creative delivery, vendor selection, show technology, budget management, and successful show execution. He takes a central role in event qualification, including the evaluation of the site, the challenges and opportunities present in each location, and the audiovisual elements needed to ensure a reliable and impactful production.
His technical experience and personality allow him to easily work with the providers of staging, lighting, sound, and video projection to maximize the results of a client’s investment in audiovisual equipment and personnel. Evans has worked with many top headliners and entertainers over the years. He has produced numerous corporate and association events across North America in his career.
Evans also has experience with federal contracting and managing GSA schedules.
He resides in Leesburg, VA with his wife, Kimberely, and their two sons.
